I've had the 5200 for 2 months now. It is extremely high quality and far exceeds the capabilities of any blender I have ever owned. I make smoothies for my family and I every single day. It completely liquifies fruits, seeds, greens, everything. Positive impact to health was immediate. Like most people, I hesitated before making the investment. Received one 4 years ago as a wedding gift. Bought the dry grain blender last month. It fits the 5200 and also works great - saved me hours of grinding using a coffee grinder. Definitely worth the money!

" I bought 5200 3 years ago and oneday it did not work. I called the company. They emailed me a UPS label and let me ship (free)the mechine to repair. Only a week, fixed and returned it to me. No questioon, no more a word. Simple, easy, quick. I am very satisfied
