I can't say enough about how much I love my Vitamix blender. This blender is transforming my family. My husband is now having a fruit smoothie for breakfast, instead of skipping breakfast, and has a green shake every night. He is feeling better and I attribute it all to the Vitamix. It is so easy to use and clean up. Love this product and highly recommend to all.
Pros: Value, Power, Precise Textures, Quality, Easy to use, Durability, Product features, Easy to clean, Speed of Service, It's Many Uses
I would recommend this to a friend!

I used this Machine every day, sometimes two or three times a day. My heart is broken for my long ago ancestors that they missed out on this handy dandy kitchen wonder. It took a long time to afford to get it, but worth every penny. God bless you all and the Vitamix too!!!!!! Elaine Anderson. God I am so blessed.

If you are ordering a Vitamix they add the comment, "People who ordered this also ordered..." and show the tamper, implying that the tamper is not included with the order. I ordered a tamper with the Vitamix and ended up paying for one twice since they do give it to you with the machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have always wanted a Vitamix watching Test Kitchen on TV testing it every year and every year Vitamix was number one-five stars. So this year I did it- I purchased the 5200 model and it has been amazing!!! I've made soups, smoothies, ice cream sauces and cocktails so far and I haven't even begun with the huge cookbook it comes with. It's not a small appliance, it's not one appliance, it's a major appliance with upstanding quality and value for the money! I look forward to many years with it in my kitchen!! Wonderful!
Pros: Recipe Enhancement, Power, Texture Quality, Programability, Easy to use, Durability, Other, Product features, Speed of Service, Versatility
