I have always wanted a Vitamix watching Test Kitchen on TV testing it every year and every year Vitamix was number one-five stars. So this year I did it- I purchased the 5200 model and it has been amazing!!! I've made soups, smoothies, ice cream sauces and cocktails so far and I haven't even begun with the huge cookbook it comes with. It's not a small appliance, it's not one appliance, it's a major appliance with upstanding quality and value for the money! I look forward to many years with it in my kitchen!! Wonderful!

I have had this blender for about a month now and it's so worth the money. It's so versatile as it can make everything from ice cream to soup! everything comes out so smooth. I even enjoy using it to grind my own spices. I used to own a Ninja, which does not even compare to this. This is the Lexus of blenders. I just wished the processing of my order was faster. Ships straight in the box.

I love my vitamix, I've had it for 6 years, the container just started to leak from the botoom a little - no problem - i called and got a replacement because it's still under warranty! and I'm the second owner, so I wasn't sure if the company would honor the warranty. They did, pleasure to be your customer for life! Thank you Vitamix!!

I purchased this blender in January 2016, and I absolutely love it! I had borrowed a family members before I purchased mine--same model 5200 Standard--and I was instantly sold the very first time I used it. I was shocked at how quickly this blender blends greens and then frozen fruits all within under 30 seconds. The clean up is super simple and easy to maintain. I would highly recommend this blender to anyone who is looking for a blender that will last. Even though the price is steep, it is definitely worth it! I love how this blender can make a thick smoothie or an almost like juice smoothie if you add more liquids.
