I received my Vitamix a month ago and I have used it everyday since. I’m still exploring the various uses for it but have been pleased with its performance. To tell the truth I hesitated to lay out the money for this but I’m so glad I did. Smoothies, soups, sauces and frozen desserts have come out beautifully. I wish I would have bought it sooner!
Pros: Speed of Service, Texture Quality, Durability, Easy to use, Versatility, Power
We've had a 5200 for over 10 years and still use it 3-4 times a week. I'm only back on the website to finally upgrade to an A3500 because of the more powerful motor and different settings to make things more automatic. But my still works great (And I even bought it as a reconditioned model!) worth every penny! I've put nearly my body weight onto the plumger to make sorbet from frozen peaches. It barely even noticed.
Pros: Texture Quality, Durability, Easy to use, Versatility, Power
We put it to the test right away by pulverizing fermented horseradish with mustard seeds. It was tough and had to stop when the motor got hot but the texture was soooo much better than our cracked Ninja. The Ninja didnt even last a year. We expect our second vitamix to last 10 years like our first one. We can blend coffee in this one. Ninja cracked under the heat of coffee
Now that I have a Vitamix, I have a different life. The appliance never sees the inside of a cupboard for I need to use it at least once a day. Never mind how easy it is to clean. Thank you.
Pros: Easy to use, Versatility, Product features, Power
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I made the investment and so glad I did. The power and design works for so many different things. Cleaning the pitcher is very easy as well. I am definitely happy with my purchase.
