Very very hot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited for this slow cooker but unfortunately this slow cooker burns at a very high temperature despite the setting you cook it on. You will most likely burn your food.

Large capacity, portable, Misleading advertising

Have had this cooker for a couple of months now. Love the capacity and portability. However, it says programmable, but you only have 4 pre programmed settings, and nothing tell me what the pre- programmed settings temperatures are. I don’t think that it should be advertised as programmable at all. That is very misleading. It should be advertised as having four settings. Would you please reply to this review and let us know what temperature ranges each of the settings are on this unit?

Can’t choose temperature. Returning product. You can only choose time not temp and upc code gives error message when attempting to download manual.

Can’t actually set temp or time stuck with presets. Cooks waaaaayyyyy too hot on low.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to transport

Large, Quality Crock-Pot, With Great Features

I used my new Crock-Pot for the first time yesterday and found it to be just what I wanted and expected! The large capacity is great and prevented the boil-overs I experienced in my smaller crockpot when making my chili. It is a heavy removable crock with a vented lid that is a very easy clean-up. The lid fastens down for transport of goods which is a great feature, and the carry bag is well padded and well constructed. I'm very happy with my purchase!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Haven’t used it yet. Bought it to replace an old one. This new one says it comes with a thermal bag but no bag found in the box when it clearly says it in the box?

Great for bringing along - lightweight but cooks g

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This crockpot is a big step up from my old one! It was pretty easy to figure out how to use all the buttons even as a first-timer. I also liked that It wipes/cleans off super easily.
In terms of cooking, it works about the same as other crockpots, but being able to set the number of cook hours is really convenient. I don’t have to worry about overcooking anything or being home right when it gets done.
The lid lock is also really nice as it prevents spills. This is especially nice if you are bringing a crockpot dish over to another location. No more lids falling off! The carry bag is also a nice addition.
My only nitpick is that if it’s plugged in and off and you want to turn it back on, you have to hit “select” as there is no “on” button. It’s easy, but it’s not obvious.
