Filters are okay, don't love the packing

When buying filters in a bit of a larger quantity, it is way more preferable to have them individually wrapped. I store these in a crawl space near my furnace, and had to find alternative storage. The price isn't so much cheaper that it makes me think "oh, this is worth that extra step"

Size is definitely custom made to fit my unit. Quality amazing especially since I have 3 dogs and 2 cats . I get the whole year and I am worried free. It’s filter everything out. Everything comes quick in a box packaged carefully and never been damaged. I been ordering for years

You want to know about my recent purchase from your company. Well, I'm very disappointed. The height and length of the filters were correct, but the width ordered was one inch and the filters are only 3/4 inch. Even above, you reference our order as 28x30x1. The qualify is really cheap. Two filters taped together. Not a custom manufacturing. If you know what goes on in your fabrication department, you know exactly what I'm referring to. What else can I say? Just a very sad product.
