Filters a little small for opening

These filters run a little small. Confirmed by email with Filterbuy after receiving them and installing. Purchased 24x24x1 and 12x24x1 about a years worth of filters for each system. Rigged the box to make them work. Never had this issue with filters and have been in this house for 22 years.

I was getting the higher number ones that said they last longer, they do not. then I was told just get Merv 8 air filters. they work just as good. thank you

Bought 12 filters ti have a year supply and there is no individual packaging
Now they will get dusty as the year goes by and somewhat defeats the purpose.
