This is a well designed filter and does a great job of filtering without producing excessive resistance to flow and therefor does not strain the fan motor.

1) The ability to contact a "live person" every time I have a question or problem is the company I enjoy doing business with.2) The availability of the right size filter for my a/c is a company who deserves repeat business.3) A well organized operating system to insure customer satisfaction is a company that can be relied upon and a quality hard to find4) Courteous personnel every time I call or contact
