The product is perfect, but this time the outer packaging was flimsy and the filters got dented in transit. I'm hoping they will still work.

Fed Ex couldnt find our address for 3 days(we live in a new Florida development) I was worried the filters would be crushed or damaged, but thank God for filter buy in their packaging. The filters were a perfect fit for our odd size 20x23x1.

A bit over sized

I got a custom size and the fit was slightly to big. Off by an 1/16 of an inch over what i asked for. So i have so smash them a little to get them to fit. For the price i will probably try elsewhere next.
