Bent the ipad

This is a terrible design of a kids tablet case. The bulk connector on the back creates a pivot point when laid wrong and now the tablet is bowed into a curve because of it. It may have had pressure put on it by a child, but the point is to protect the device from the child. Find something else not this style of case! I will try to take pics later. Less than a year old looking at a replacement case and realized I wish someone would have said this to me last year!

Great protective case for my daughters iPad. I spent more money than normal on an iPad case but it was well worth it, because no matter how many times my daughter drops it, the Otterbox case protects it! It’s the best!!

Could be designed better

We purchased this case for our 4 year old as we have been using Otterbox cases for our iPhones for years. We have had no issues with the case, but the handle will not stay on anymore. My husband has tried several ways to keep it on, but unfortunately, nothing has worked.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worked great but broke

The handle on the back keeps falling off constantly now and is basically useless. Had for less than a year with moderate use. Very disappointed.

Not the greatest otterbox

I purchased two of these cases thinking “how cute!” And with otterbox GREAT reputation, I went ahead and made the purchase. Just to only get disappointed! My girls take care of their stuff very well and with just ONE DROP, my youngest daughter iPad was shattered into pieces! Wouldn’t even turn back on! We had to pay more out of pocket to fix it. Thanks otterbox! Save your money. Don’t invest in this product.

Worst Case Ever- Do Not Buy

My son was doing his normal activities, then the iPad fell out of his hand, and the screen shattered! I am very disappointed with the protection of the otter box.

Not the quality expect from otterbox.

We have had many, many OtterBox products on both iPads, and iPhones over the years. However, this particular iPad case my nine year old dropped from hip level and it landed on the corner. With any prior case, this was never an issue however, with this one, the screen ended up cracking on the corner even though it was only at approximately 2 foot to 2 1/2 foot drop. This is not the quality or protection we have had with prior devices, as we have been very happy with the others. This won’t discourage us in the future but maybe this particular case just isn’t quite the same standards or doesn’t offer the iPad 9 the same protection.
