Filter material glued in cardboard not straight or lined up across which bunched up filter material. Assuming that wont affect airflow but still should be straight

Nice product. There seems to be more pleats that the Honeywell product. The product is a little smaller than the 4 inches but I think the pleats more than enough make it up.

Merv 8 were recommended for my unit. Static pressure are the concerns on the air volume which needs to stay under 300 foot per minuet through the filter media.
