We were VERY disappointed in the lack of service. We gave the correct dimensions, you sent the filter with the correct dimensions printed on the filter, but the filter does NOT fit, it’s too big!!!!
When we called about the problem you indicated you wouldn’t help us to straighten the problem out and that’s the way it was left. Now we are out of 50 + dollars!!
We are senior citizens who live on a very fixed income
I will NEVER recommend anyone to your company ever again!!!!!!!
