Nonstick Rubs Off

I bought this model because it has salt-free and vegan settings. I like the machine except that the nonstick finish is rubbing off from the little discs on the sides of the pan, which means I've been eating it. I wish I had bought a model with a stainless steel pan.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Over time and use some wear will be experienced and the parts such as the baking pan and kneading blades will need to be replaced. I couldn't resist the pun in the title . Honestly, that's how I feel about it! I have been baking bread with my stand mixer for the last 15 years and I wanted an easier way. I didn't know HOW easy it would be though. I literally timed myself this morning making the basic white recipe and it was 6 minutes to get it going. I am suddenly making bread and dough WAY more than I ever was and I love it. So glad I bought this!

I am absolutely impressed with this bread maker. I have had a very nice Panasonic for years and have been really happy with it. But, now I am baking with Fresh milled flour and I wanted a machine that I could do this with without ruining my Panasonic.
This machine has given me the most beautiful loafs that are way better looking snd tastier than before.
I like that the loaf is shaped like a loaf of bread and the lid also has a heating coil in it for a really even temperature all around. I also like that you have 3 custom spaces so you can make your own settings for your home milled flour. I can’t be happier!

Love this breadmaker! A real workhorse! I do wish the screen would tilt for easier viewing. Also the top of my bread still does not get as brown as the sides and bottom.

In regards to the browning of the top of the loaf, we would highly recommend using a digital kitchen scale to weigh the flour. Having the right ratio of wet to dry ingredients will allow the dough to rise better and bake more evenly on the top of the loaf.
