A well made appliance with an excellent recipe guide enable an unskilled baker to produce breads that look just like those in the enticing photos. I am much relived - my failures with other bread makers was not my fault - I just did not have the correct tool & direction before the BB-FDC20.

totally awesome machine. Use it twice a week. i often let it do all the work and cook it too. great for knead cycle and homemade whole grain breads. Beautiful loaves come out of this thing. Can't wait to make jams and cakes.
