Bought this bread maker as a gift for a family member who is gluten free. Gluten free bread at the supermarket is expensive and not very tasty so thought they might want to give it a try. They love it. The bread maker is easy to use and makes wonderful bread. Well worth the price.
I love this new version of their bread maker. I just recommended it to a friend. The quality of the bread is outstanding, the quality and design of the appliance itself is worth every penny you pay.
I gave her the Virtuoso Plus breadmaker early so she could enjoy baking bread for the holidays. Tonight we had brown bread. Her first time using it she made white bread which tasted great and was used the next day for French toast. She uses the machine to knead dough without actually baking it in the machine sometimes. Anyway, she loves it and I love fresh bread with no preservatives.
I bought it for my husband, and he absolutely loved it. We made some pizza dough and some bread. The machine is so quiet, practical, and easy to clean, and the recipe guide is excellent as well.
I’ve only my Zojirushi for about two weeks and my sixth loaf will be ready at 1:37 am. This will be my third loaf of Homemade Sourdough bread using my own starter. I’ve also made two loaves of Honey Wholewheat and one of Granola bread. All have come out perfectly! I highly recommend weighing ingredients on a scale, as suggested, and using a high quality butter. The results are like a perfect slice of heaven!
Bought to replace Cuisinart model. So glad I found this. Worth every penny. Dual mixing blades does a great job of mixing/kneading and the heating elements on top & bottom bakes a perfect loaf of bread ! Easy to program. Haven’t wasted a loaf since getting this model .
