Bought this a few weeks ago, having never made bread of any kind in my life. So, it was a little bit of trepidation that I bought this and made my first few loaves. Wow. Easy and terrific results.

I've had mine for a couple of years now. My friends and family have been impressed and have since bought one. Want perfect, repeatable results? Weigh everything. I have a dedicated gram scale for the job. I really like the ability to make it fast when I'm rushed for time. I have a Kitchen Aid stand mixer that now sits unused.

I’ve had my bread machine for 3+ years. I feel so blessed to have it. I grind all my grains from Einkorn to Red wheat. One of my specialties is Honey Whole Wheat made with my preset Memory 2 Dough cycle
