It can adapt to any recipe and is capable of making so many different things besides bread! I personally LOVE that it makes homemade jam! This baby gets a weekly workout for sure!

This new Virtuoso is without question the BEST machine for home made breads- of ALL kinds! It is just about impossible to make a bad loaf. You really just follow the directions, measure carefully, add your ingredients, select the proper course, your desired crust color and simply push the start button. The bread, pizza or just plain dough or whatever I select ALWAYS comes out PERFECT!

Buying 2nd for My Daughter / Children with Ciliac

They all have debilitating celiac disease and must eat 100% gluten free. This is the best machine for gluten-free bread. Everything comes out tasty and fine textured. As soon as my daughter saw our Breadmaker she asked us to send her one for her birthday.
