[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far it has proven to be an excellent bread machine; have only made a couple of loaves so far and all of them turned out well. I look forward to trying some of the other types of breads and doughs. If I could have one improvement it would be to have the display have a backlight option. This is quieter than my former bread machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of the best kitchen appliances I own. Turns out normal-looking loaves of awesome bread (6 so far - white, wheat, multi-grain from the recipe booklet) almost effortlessly. Bread is as good as I can make - but 8 minutes to load ingredients sure beats the hour and fifteen minutes of fussing over the course of five hours it took me to make three loaves when I did it the traditional way. WOW! Cleanup is fast and easy. Takes some getting used to the notion of waking up and having fresh bread for lunch. No need to make and freeze bread the way I used to - "Just In Time" fresh bread is AWESOME!

We would get started but it was too much work with our four little children. With the Zojirushi we have fresh bread when we want it. It is so convenient that our ten year old will start making bread by himself!
