I'm really happy with my new Zojirushi Virtuoso Breadmaker (BB-PCD20). I have had a breadmaker since the 1980s and it's just about a goner. What I like most about the Virtuoso is that it makes a longer, rectangular loaf size; my old breadmaker just made a smaller square shape. The recipes I have tried so far have all turned out very well and taste great. I'm really looking forward to trying the recipes I used in my old breadmaker and see how they turn out in the Zojirushi Virtuoso, as well as trying the sourdough recipes and the jam recipes that are provided in the Zojirushi recipe book. All in all, I'm very happy with this breadmaker - no complaints whatsoever.

So easy to use. I like the double knead, and the fact that the bread comes out brick shaped, that way it is very easy to cut optimal size slices. I have made three different recipes so far. The recipe book is super helpful. The kneading is totally silent, compared to my previous bread maker.

This is my 2nd one of these. Wore the first one out after many many years. Wouldn’t bother getting anything else. Perfect bread every time. Easy to use and works with any recipes. Do yourself a favor and try it! Does many other things also.

Although expensive, this bread machine is amazing! I got it mainly because it has a gluten free cycle and a regular shaped loaf! I have tried it once, and although I have to make a prettier loaf, this raised wonderfully, baked perfectly, and has by far the best taste and texture of any GF bread I’ve ever had. I can’t wait to experiment with more recipes!

Love this machine and still exploring. Seeming to have difficulty with one specific cycle (European) where it does not complete the baking stage.

Hi there! It's very unusual for a course not to complete all the preprogrammed cycles. Please test the breadmaker by running the course. You don't need to use ingredients when doing this. You just want to check to see if it turns on the bake cycle and that it heats. Pro tip: make sure that the time the breadmaker has is correct; otherwise, it won't be able to give you an accurate completion time.
