Excellent machine. Just what I was looking for. My house is usually cold and I find it hard to get a good raise, this machine does it and more. It is sturdy and the 2 paddles are small so they nearly make an indent at the bottom. I would recommend it to anyone that wants to be in control of the ingredients that go into your bread, much more healthier than store bought bread.

I’ve only used it about five times but each time not being a pro the bread full cook method and just dough method work awesome. I messed up a few times with the home made option, but was able to go through the cycles of that and pick what I specifically wanted in the time for it to finish which is awesome!
