I am not a baker at all. I started looking at reviews for bread machines and watched many YouTube videos and decided on this machine. I LOVE it! My first loaf was the sourdough and about 5 hours in we had a Florida storm and lost power. I thought I would have to throw it all away - but a few minutes later the power came back on and the machine didn’t miss a beat-it was still going!! I made 5 loaves the first week and pizza dough twice. My family has loved everything. If you are on the fence I would definitely recommend this machine.

The honey-bread is our favorite so far, and all of the recipes we have tried obviously went through thorough testing. We set it up the night before, use the timer function, and have freshly baked bread first thing in the morning. Given that we typically buy expensive bread, the unit will pay for itself in about 2-3 years.
