I really like my new breadmaker. It makes a beautiful loaf of bread. The only thing I wish it had is a light inside the baking compartment, and the digital display is not lit either, and it's difficult to see the black lettering on a grey background. So, I keep a small flash light by the machine. The recipe book that comes with the machine has some delicious recipes.

I bought this machine to make Gluten Free breads. The process is easy ,as well as, the clean up. I have made breads the traditional way for years. I am pleased I took the plunge when buying it based on the reviews.

Very happy with the Virtuoso® Plus Breadmaker and the products I make. Purchased this unit as it was the highest rated bread machine from a review I read. Have used the unit for maybe once a week for about two years making four different products. Currently use the dough feature weekly to make buns - have not had one bad batch my spouse consumes the freshly baked buns like a ravenous animal each time (buns are that good). The dough feature can be used for many different bakery products, not just buns (YouTube for more ideas). Have made seven grain bread, rye bread and meatloaf from the recipes provided. There were some rare times where the loaf volume varied and loaf had a slope, but not too bad and superior to other models I had experienced. And yes, I measure exactly as the instructions state in the order they state. Appreciate the recipes that come with the unit and will be trying other recipes.

This is an amazing breadmaker! You follow directions you get perfect bread, so happy I bought this model. I've made 4 loaves if white bread and the pizza dough is incredible! I chose this model because it makes sourdough starter and bread I haven't made it yet, I know it'll be perfect like the others.
