Good product but...

This cooler has been amazing for our small house. Only complaint is the pump is now out and needs to be replaced due to harsh water. Customer service is great though in helping get the problems fixed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Works like a charm to cool off

We supplement our existing air conditioners with this unit. Our kitchen gets hot so we use it there. Customer service is awesome and handled any questions promptly. Highly recommend this to friends for sure.

We love our units!

First, customer service has been great (Ingrid)!!! Second, we love our units, but downgraded from 5 stars to 4 stars because the water pumps keep going out. Customer service replaces them immediately, thank goodness. We live in the desert and the added humidity and extra coolness helps to keep our home comfortable. We have become spoiled now with our units, and plan to use them year round. We love our units so much that we have nicknamed them Swampy1 and Swampy2. Long live our Swampies!!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Cooling Fan and Great Customer Service

I bought this cooling fan when my AC unit went out in the middle of summer. It does not replace an AC unit in cooling the house down, but works well in a bedroom setting to cool down about 5 or 10 degrees. Unfortunately the water pump for the cooling option went out but customer service has been very helpful in getting me a replacement quickly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

A wonderful product we use nightly

We absolutely love this product. It was a totally worthwhile buy for our California home. During the summer my husband will roll it from the bedroom to the front room when he runs hot and has it on most night because he likes a strong breeze. I would definitely recommend, this is a great cooling option.

This cooler saved me

I live in a college dorm with no air. I searched high and low for something that would help, and finally I found this AMAZING unit! It cools down my room by at least 10 degrees! I am able to live comfortably in my room now due to this awesome unit!

Great Product for PNW heat waves

This air cooler was waaay less money than any other cooler that I saw (many $600+) and it works great. My only issue is that the water pump was defective/or broke after about three months, but I was able to chat online with customer service and get it replaced.
I would recommend this to a friend!
