My favorite fan

I live in a hot, dry climate. This appliance has made all the difference in my comfort level in a 2nd floor apt. with only one wall AC unit in the living room. Love the wheels and it's lightweight.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I've only used it once, but seems to work well for the small space we have. Was missing a piece when opened, customer service is easy to work with an solved the problem promptly.

Definitely met my expectations

I bought this about a year ago to ease the experience of summers in L.A. Definitely cooled the room down, especially with the window open. I do wish the oscillator moved laterally (not just in spirals). But it's better than it being completely still. After a year of using it a few times a week, the motor gave out, but I reached out to customer support about a replacement, and they diagnosed the problem and helped me get the replacement part super simply.
I would recommend this to a friend!

These are amazing ! My bedroom is the hottest room in my house. I have 3 of them going at night and my air conditioning is on at 74° without those I would have to have my air conditioning set to 70° to not sweat at night in Arizona

Bought a NewAir Cooling Fan last June, and now April 2022 the fan portion is broken. I contacted Service and was helped to get my unit replaced- the customer service provided was great. Though I would have liked to not have to deal with it all, but if I have to, I was grateful to be helped with ease and service excellence. Thanks!

My evaporative cooler is a high quality product

I have used it in my computer room and it always brings the temperature down to where the room feels comfortable. low maintenance and easy to use. slick modern look. its a winner.

A Great Hardworking Room Air Cooling/ Humidifier Combo...

This unit has been a Great Hardworking Room Air cooler and a Very reliable Humidifier. We rely on it to humidify our bedroom especially during winter months as the air very dry out west, and has helped eliminate sore throats and stuffy noses. Its compact & unobtrusive size also lends itself to conserving space, convenience and giving us great comfort In any room we use.....Truly a well thought out and practical cooler that we could not do without ,in this dry climate. Get it , you wont be sorry , a Great Bang for the Buck!!

Very Good Evaporative Air Cooler

We have used a couple of different evaporative air coolers, and this is our favorite. We use it to cool one of our south facing rooms that has a hard time getting cool with the house AC, and this cooler will help to make the room comfortable. I will say about 3 months after we bought the cooler, the evaporative cooler part of the fan broke (which is why I only gave it 4 stars), but the customer service team at Newair have been very responsive.
I would recommend this to a friend!
