We purchased this one couple of years ago and could not be happier. We don't like regular AC (because of the chemicals). This New Air has many features that we use. I purchase distilled water to use the cooler. It is easy to clean the filters and we do it religiously. We live in a house right under the roof with poor insulation. When it gets hot (80's, 90's 100's) we use it all night in our bedroom. Low on the electricity bill is a huge plus.
