Best trimmer I've ever used

I bought this after using a 60v trimmer. I watch some reviews and they all pointed to this trimmer. I'm getting long trim time than any of the youtube reviewers said they got. Would buy this again 100 times.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Spool ejects string

This machine will not hold the trimmer string, I have tried everything but it won’t work

Missing parts

I bought a new one that had a damaged box so the bolts to attach the handle and guard for the trimmer head are missing. Where can I find them or get a size to buy replacements?

Overall Awesome With Some Issues

I love this trimmer. The only issue is while weed eating the head broke just like described by almost everyone else.

Garbage spool on trimmer DCST972X1

I absolutely love the instant battery start up compared to my old two stroke gasoline trimmer. However, it is frustrating after loading 20 ft of trimmer line just to have the spool head eject it at a fascinating rate. Seems like a poor design. I would like to be able to find repair parts for this model yet none are available. This piece of equipment had one job, kind of disappointing.

Extremely disappointed.

Less than an hour’s worth of use, and the spool housing is already broken after it lsunched the spool into outer space. I regret paying so much for this product, only to have it break so soon.

I purchased the trimmer last summer and trimmer head is already broken and will no longer hold the string without the bottom popping off. Poor design.
