We recently to replace our original griddler after eight years and we're going to get the same one. But seeing the new version and all the upgrades we decided on the Griddler five. Absolutely love it and recommend it to all.

We are trying this puppy out to the fullest. And so far….so good. The temp on the top grate is not quite as hot as the bottom but not Terrible. We had the older base version that died out after a good run and thought we step up a level. Happy with my purchase so far! Gotta get the waffle plates for sure!

The Griddler is exceptionally versatile, handy, easy to use and reasonably priced. A couple of fairly significant drawbacks prevent me from rating 5-stars - the fact that the heating elements are incapable of maintaining high/sear heats (ie. when searing skirt steak) and that the heat plates tend to lack durability - the non-stick coating bubbles and scrapes easily.
