For better browning, we recommend fully preheating the griddle on a higher temperature setting, lightly oiling or buttering the surface, allowing the batter to rest briefly before cooking, and avoiding flipping too early so the sugars can caramelize. I've been eyeing this Griddler for a long time and finally bought it and I immediately fell in love with it. I love the fact that it has temperature control and a timer. It is also so easy to take plates off, clean, and out back on. I couldn't have asked for more out of this item. Will be recommending this to everyone I know

We love this griddler. We’ve used it to make paninis, hamburgers and steaks. So much easier than using a skillet and all the grease is contained on one place for easy cleanup. No need to use oil or grease of any kind you just put the meet or sandwich on the griddler and let it do the work.
