.The functionality of the machine is great and for its power its pretty quiet. The oil cap is locatd behind a rather large solid cable bundle that can not be moved. You have to get two fingers in there to undo the oil cap and its hard to get the funnel in to add more oil when needed. It is avery poor design. The oil drain is also hard to reach and just a few inches too short. Other than that it is a wonderful machine and starts right up.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Reliable Generator

Purchased the generator and it arrived in one week on a pallet. It came fully assembled which was nice. I floated the neutral going off of the instructions, and broke the generator in. The only thing the generator didnt come with was oil, which was no big deal. I ran the generator on LP and NG, runs great. Hooked it up to my house via interlok kit and it runs my entire home
The eco mode is nice, it makes the already quiet generator even quieter. So far I am very happy with the 11k Tri fuel inverter. My only minor complaint is that the oil fill is hard to reach, however its not too hard to do using the provided funnel. Overall a great home back up generator.

Super excited about this generator

Been shopping around for several months now for the right generator for my home. Debated between solar (battery) “generators”, a traditional Generac whole house system, or a portable inverter generator. I am glad I went this route! Powers either my house as a back up or I can take it to a jobsite for mobile power.

I am an electrician who installs back up transfer switch panels for portable generators, and this is the only generator I will recommend to my customers as it meets all the requirements, and more importantly, is quieter than all the others

Why did I wait?!

I've had another brand whole home portable generator since 2018 that gets the job done. I use it with an interlock and 50A input on my main panel and just turn on the necessary breakers running on propane. The issue I have is for an extended outage I'm swapping tanks every 6hrs because the it basically runs at 50% load even when nothing is on. So this year I decided to upgrade -- and man was it ever an UPGRADE. This generator with it's Low Idle mode, Natural Gas hookup and 50A output as an inverter is a game changer. I didn't realize how quiet a whole home generator could be until I fired this thing up and wow! Not to mention a 5yr warranty and all copper windings! Sounds weird but I can't wait for the next outage! I'm ready!
