Just bought this 11000IH!

So far,I've just went through the break-in period with a small load on it at times. Everything has gone well. I love all the features,plus the REMOTES. They answered all my questions & super nice to deal with.

It came in a box on a pallet. I don't plan to use it until my new home is completed in July 2026. I'll probably set it up well before then to make sure it's in good working order. My home will have natural gas and this 11,000 watt inverter generator should handle all my electrical loads. I needed clean power for my home's electronics. Everything is WiFi connected, from the microwave oven to the HVAC.

We use this as a primary backup. We wheel it out, quick connect to gas line and it starts right up with the remote.

Perfect Generator for my house

I bought this generator in November (2025), getting ready for hurricane season in(2026). I’ll use this generator on NG with propane backup. I broke it in just DuroMax said in the manual, which well written, and tried it on my house. I was able to run all my essential circuits as well as my 3 ton A/C, max amps pulled were 6800 watts!! Beautiful! Thanks DuroMax!

I’ve studied various generators for a year now.
Did you know that Duromax is one of the few if not the only generators made with copper wound generator motors. Most now days are made cheaper with copper clad aluminum windings. Copper clad doesn’t hold up as long. One of many great features!

First whole home capable generator

This generator is great so far. I was able to get it out of the box and ready to run in under 15 minutes, flawless start and low noise for the power rating. I was able to test it out under a medium size load and it performed perfectly. I can't wait to get it connected to the house and be ready for eminent power out events which we get almost yearly for 1-5 days.
