Great Generator!

So far, has done exactly what they claim. Product was shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition. Setup was a breeze. I did remove the neutral/ground bond as this generator will primarily be used for home backup. Runs quiet compared to my older open frame.

I was able to buy this during the recent Cyber Monday sale at a significant savings. The sale was key to me buying this Duromax instead of a similarly spec’ed Westinghouse. I believe this Duromax is the better product, but without the sale it was priced just outside of what I had budgeted.
I’m still in the burn-in phase, but so far I’m impressed!
Our previous generator was a non-inverter, open-frame Firman, which is just incredibly loud. The entire neighborhood could hear it running. We didn’t want to hang out in the yard at all if we needed to use it.
Right out of the box I could tell this was a premium quality unit. I was impressed that other than adding oil (which was not included) the generator was completely assembled and ready to go. I plan to primarily use propane, and I really appreciate the quick disconnect. Very solid. The display is great. I like the built-in covers for the breakers and switches.
Lots of people comment on how quietly this generator runs. I wasn’t sure what to expect. Turns out it is FAR quieter and less abrasive than our old open-frame. This is still a big machine though, and it is certainly louder than some of the much smaller capacity generators I’ve heard. Still, the sound of it is of a fairly low pitch, and with it set up in our back yard it is barely noticeable from the street when set to low idle.
I have not had to deal with support, but I find the manual to be thorough and well written. The support page on the website had clear instructions to unbond the neutral for this specific model, which is something I needed to do given my home’s disconnect setup.
Overall, I am very happy with this purchase!

Just received my XP11000iHT, after putting oil and fuel into it, it started right up and was really impressive on how quite it is, have not used the power yet, but it seems that it will be a good power backup when outages occur

Great generator at a Great price

I bought My generator over the 4th of July weekend. Two days later it arrived at my door. Unboxed added oil and ran it for 8 hours for break in. Changed the oil and ran the whole house for another 8 hours. It ran my A/C and it runs the dryer. It is one of the best investments I have made and it will run my whole house during storms. I have piece of mind knowing I have this Generator.

Efficient and relatively quiet

I purchased this gen for my food trailer. It runs the equipment no issue and is extremely efficient. It’s pretty quiet for its size, we use a 50’ cable to offset it from the trailer and you barely notice there.

I upgraded from a powerhorse open frame and what a difference in quality. ordered december 1st unit arrived the the 10th paxking is great. Just did the 8 hour break in this weekend. Wired in a 50 amp plug inlet and interlock to our
