When it works it works great.

When it works it works great. Unfortunately after maybe a month of owning the floor type detect sensor gave out and it switches back and forth between carpet and hardwood non stop, making vacuuming impossible unless I put it in manual mode. It also has now decided to suck all air in through this little vent at the bottom of the dust collector bin part that holds all the dirt which is incredibly loud, even though I’ve gone through the entire thing and there’s nothing blocking any of the hoses. For how expensive this vacuum is, I shouldnt have to be putting this much work into figuring out problems instead of vacuuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This was a replacement vacuum sent to me by shark. Does not work good on carpet.

A little disappointed

I almost want to send it back because of the plastic cord you put on it. Why ruin a vacuum with a stiff plastic cord. It fights against me , not works with me . As far as the vacuuming goes- it’s ok. I don’t think the backward vacuuming picks up too well

Picks up the unseen mess

Ever since I used the vacuum I’ve seen a noticeable difference in my home. I’m am over the moon with the performance of it and I can confidently say that my home feels cleaner than ever. I went over the same areas of my home I used my old vacuum and the amount of dust/dirt that came out of the area using the Shark left me speechless. I filled the canister three times in my bedroom alone; you can believe I was left both stunned and speechless. I’m extremely happy with the purchase to say the least and highly recommend it!

This is my third Shark (5th if you count my son’s and my daughter’s, which is why I bought my first vacuum cleaner in the first place). I love Sharks and how they work. Easy to use, light weight, and not bulky. I just wish there were better options for storage of accessories.

No tool light

Recently purchased. It works well so far. Suction is great. Wish it had a light for when using the tools, like my old one. That’s a big miss for me. Electrical cord is a more rigid plastic, unlike my old one. It’s make it a little more difficult to wind/unwind.
I would recommend this to a friend!
