Great suction! Only bad part is brush roll and cover aren’t removable. With three kids, something is always on the floor. Within two mins of having it, a squishy ball got sucked up and took two hours to remove since you can’t remove brush roll or cover.
If you could, this product would be 5 stars

Hi Keri,
Thank you for taking the time to share your review.
We're delighted to hear that you're impressed with the suction performance of the vacuum. We understand how frustrating it must have been for a squishy ball to become trapped almost immediately, and how difficult it was to remove due to the brush roll and cover not being removable. With three children, it's understandable that small items can occasionally find their way onto the floor, so we appreciate how inconvenient this experience must have been. We also appreciate your positive comments and are pleased to hear that, aside from this concern, you feel the product would have been a 5-star purchase. If you would like to discuss this further, please contact our Customer Service team, who will be happy to assist you.

Simplemente la mejor aspiradora

It is the best vacuum cleaner I have ever had in my life, it absorbs dust very strongly and leaves my carpet or any surface very clean, detects the type of surface it is vacuuming and is very easy to handle and store, it is very easy to clean the garbage dump and other pieces, simply the best.

Favorite for work & home use!

I take care of the housekeeping needs of several locations, so I have bought 3 of these in the last 6 months (and use them myself). After I bought our first of these vacuums, everyone else wanted it at their location, too! Super easy to put together, works on multiple surfaces, brush roll doesn't tangle with hair (huge problem with previous vacuum) and has had not lost it's strength in cleaning. Has worked great in an office and home setting.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Please Please last a long time! I FINALLY got a vac that has great suction... I tried t for the first time this week after having vacuumed with my old machine - and it picked up SO MUCH EXTRA that the old machine was missing. Very happy! I hope it lasts...
I would recommend this to a friend!

The best vacuum I have ever used

It has been the best vaccum I have ever used. Works on all floors, picks up dirt you can't see. And emptying is so easy. I wouldn't use any other brand of vacuum again.

Cord length great, but I miss the flexible cords on the old cords. Cleaning much faster than the old shark. So far- I like it
