Great overall vacuum

Purchased our 2nd Lift Away a month ago and chose this particular model because I like the LED lights like our other one. I like the suction power, the switch configuration and the ease of emptying. However, the power cord is unlike the one on our older model. It seems to be shorter and made with a cheap plastic rather than a more supple rubber. It's minor, but it is inconvenient to manage while using and coil when done.

gets close to the floor - sucks well -doesn't hair wrap - I have 2 large shedding dogs, Great Pyrenees and Golden Retriever , plus a Maine Coon cat, plus 2 other cats -LOTS of FUR - it does a great job!
Need info on how to order additional odor reducers;

I have had this vacuum for about three weeks and so far I like it. I was amazed - and horrified- at the amount of dirt and dust it picked up from my area rugs.
I like that it is relatively small and easy to store; that there are no ‘bags’ to purchase and toss; that it was easy to assemble; that it is lightweight and easy to maneuver.
Although I get why, I don’t like the positioning for the attachments’ storage; the dusting brush keeps falling off, and there is no place for the anti-allergen dust brush.
I highly recommend this product and would but it again.

Very easy to handle. Love how it has detect option for carpet or hardwood. Love how it is detachable and can carry around to vacuum the couches ,stairs etc. Not heavy either. Glides nicely on the floor. I have a dog and three cats the suction power is fantastic with not leaving a hair behind.
I would recommend this to a friend!
