No Hair Stuck in the Roller!

I researched vacuums for a long time when min died. I was nervous I would not like the new one, but wow, it is amazing! I used to not vacuum much at all, but now, I want to vacuum more often! I have very long hair (down to my calves) and always have issues with it getting stuck on the roller. After vacuuming the whole house, there was nothing stuck to the roller! It is amazing! I thought there would be at least something, but no! I also am used to smelling burning hair, but with this one, it smelt amazing! I only had to vacuum each room once instead of 3 or 4 times, the light helped me see hidden items on the walls I didn't see before, and I was able to vacuum the wood floors as well! I was telling my family about it and kept going on and on about how amazing it is and how happy I am with my purchase! I hope it continues to go well. :)

Hard to believe!

Sorry to say simply cheap,have had other shark vacuums way better quality, the cord so stiff to unravel hard to believe its a shark!

Great vacuum cleaner

I’ve had 2 lift away sharks and they’ve both been great! Got my 2nd one back in Dec 24. Hose broke and Shark offered this vacuum as a replacement since the hose under warranty and they were out of stock. This vacuum is fairly quiet, moves smoothly and does indeed detect carpet from floor or tile. Sometimes it gets momentarily confused and I think that is something I’m doing. Have 2 cream golden retrievers that shed. Picks up nicely. My only complaint is the cord is very stiff, really hard and stiff. It tends to tangle and it’s not very easy to wrap around the cord holder. Other than that, I really like it. I

HORRIBLE

My grandmother gifted us the vacuum a few months ago. We have a dog and she thought that this would help us. However, what she did not realize was that it had a cord. The cord is super annoying to put back onto the vacuum since there is no button that sucks the cord in like our other vacuum. It takes us 15 minutes longer to Vacuum the downstairs floors than with our other shark. Despite it not being cordless, we thought that we would just use it as our vacuum for rugs. It has HORRIBLE suction on rugs yet, it has amazing suction on hardwood floors. We love our other shark vacuums but are highly highly dissatisfied with this one.

Amazing suction

This vacuum cleaner is amazing. Great suction. We have a robo vacuum that runs daily, then I use my shark detect upright vacuum immediately after the robo vacuum runs and the shark picks up so much dust and dog hair I question if the robo is even doing anything other drawing nice lines in the carpet.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This can do it all!

LOVE IT1 finally had to retire my 20 year old Dyson and my daughter recommended this Shark. I know its powerful because it's picking up dog hair in rugs and I haven't had a dog in over a year, the Dyson was NOT cleaning properly! We've used it to clean air vents, the extension to get up in the corners, carpeted stairs, tile, low pile washable rugs, it can do it all. Highly Recommend
