A little disappointed

I almost want to send it back because of the plastic cord you put on it. Why ruin a vacuum with a stiff plastic cord. It fights against me , not works with me . As far as the vacuuming goes- it’s ok. I don’t think the backward vacuuming picks up too well

This was a replacement vacuum sent to me by shark. Does not work good on carpet.

When it works it works great.

When it works it works great. Unfortunately after maybe a month of owning the floor type detect sensor gave out and it switches back and forth between carpet and hardwood non stop, making vacuuming impossible unless I put it in manual mode. It also has now decided to suck all air in through this little vent at the bottom of the dust collector bin part that holds all the dirt which is incredibly loud, even though I’ve gone through the entire thing and there’s nothing blocking any of the hoses. For how expensive this vacuum is, I shouldnt have to be putting this much work into figuring out problems instead of vacuuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Suction.

I am a shark user for over 35 years. I finally purchased a new one because my old was slowly falling apart many of the plastic components were becoming so brittle. Shark vacuum have the best suction I have ever seen. So lightweight, great features and so easy to maneuver
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love it. it has great suction and I like the new roller, where the hair does not get wrapped around it. My only complaint is the cord is really stiff.

Amazing Shark!

Love my new shark! The suction is amazing. It is fairly light to use. The deodorizer, automatic floor detection, and no hair wrap are great features. One thing I would like is for the cord to be a little longer.
