We bought our Vitamix about 4 years ago and I'm replacing the container for the third time. Anyone that uses their Vitamix on a regular basis, as I do, know that eventually it clouds up and looks downright disgusting. And possibly unsafe as old food can get trapped in the buildup no matter how well you clean it. Other than that I do like my Vitamix and use it daily so while I feel like this is an issue that should be addressed by the company I wouldn't live without my Vitamix.

I bought this smaller size for making my protein smoothies and I love it! I have the 64 oz container as well and use it for soups and making coconut milk. I love my Vita Mix...I have been a Vita Mix owner and user for about 30 years. I finally had to replace my first VM a couple of years ago. VM gave me a great deal and I couldn’t be more happy with the quality and usability of my VitaMix blender.

Wobbly fit

This is the second extra wet container I have purchased for our Professional 750. The first was the 32 oz container. This 48 oz container does not fit snugly on the base and was very wobbly as if it was too large. Has anyone else experienced this problem? We have not used it yet as we may have to send it back. Any suggestions are appreciated!

The Vitamix containers do not lock in place by design. They should sit flush on top of the motor base and when the motor is turned on and the blades are engaged, the container may shift slightly.

We dropped the Vitamix container on a hard floor and it cracked. Needless to say we couldn’t go too many days without our Vitamix so I ordered a replacement right away. It arrived within a few days and we are in heaven again. Thank you Vitamix!!
