After years of having the larger size container, I decided to try the smaller one when I had to replace it.
This was is easier to handle & fits into my cabinet much more easily. I mostly use it for smoothies, & while I make two servings, it would probably hold up to four servings.

I had been wanting a smaller container to be able to sit on the counter and neatly under the cupboards. I mainly use my vitamix for daily smoothies and making fresh nut milk. The larger size was not needed. This 48 oz is absolutely perfect for me. The lid doesn’t seal as tightly as the original - but it was so cumbersome. The new lid doesn’t bother me. So happy I finally made the purchase.
