The gen 4 ring is great!

I have only had my gen 4 ring for a couple of days, but I had my gen 3 for over a year. The gen 4 ring is a major improvement over the gen 3 ring. I would highly recommend getting the gen 4 ring, if you can.

Fantastic stats on heart conditions and effort. Great sleep metrics and feedback on bodies readiness. The ring is unobtrusive and looks great. I got the stealth. The new "Symptoms Radar is a great feature to provide advanced warning of your body wearing down.
