Good shaver

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This shaver is good. Charges quickly and last for a good amount of time. The great part is that it can be used in the shower too. It’s save and doesn’t give me any cuts. It also comes with a click-on precision trimmer which is very handy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this over the weekend to replace and older razor I had. This thing rocks! I have sensitive skin and this gave me no type of burn or discomfort I typically get from other razors. Overall very happy with this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This wet/dry razor electric razor offers a close shave without irritation. I’m able to get a convenient shave while I shower. The head moves with your face and allows very good skin contact to be maintained. It also has a nice little precision trimmer that clips on for edging sideburns.

Good for a quick shave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No bells and whistles, but a good shaver for a quick and easy shave. The three contoured blades maintain good contact. This provides a good, consistent, and decently close shave without any discernible skin irritation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never owned an electric shaver before however I've been in the market for on for a couple years. I came across this one to try and I have not been disappointed so far with its use. Typically I shave my head a few times a week to keep the dome nice and smooth for the most part. With this new shaver that can be used both wet or dry, I only have to shave once a week or as I'm wanting a fully smooth Mr. Clean feeling head with a regular blade. I would recommend this to other head shavers if you're tired of shaving every couple of days.

It removes the hair fast and leaves a very smooth feel after you finish. It holds charge well and you get many uses between. The additional trimmer attachment is a big plus!

Good quiet, gentle rotary shaver

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Philips AquaTouch S5966/85 electric shaver comes with the shaver, a protective cap, a semi-hard zippered travel case, a charger, and a snap on trimmer attachment. The travel case is a nice inclusion to keep it from getting damaged or turning on when traveling. When I first opened it, it needed a charge. Good thing, it can do a full charge in 1 hour and a quick charge in 5 minutes. With the lithium ion battery technology, the shaver feels light in the hand, which is nice. On my first shave, I was surprised at how much quieter and more gentle it was compared to my previous shaver. The less noise is not a big deal for me, but may be good to avoid waking up others in the morning. I like how it felt softer and gentler on my face when shaving. It should result in less skin irritation, which I’m happy about. These two things make it less jarring and more pleasant to shave. The 3 shaving cutters can tilt individually very easily to give a good face contact. The entire head holding the 3 cutters can also tilt any direction, to follow your face and chin’s contours. It took me a few tries to learn how to hold it for a good grip and to be able to move the shaver around my face comfortably. I find I hold it pretty high up, and there’s an indentation in the grip already. The case isn’t very grippy, but with the indentation, I think it’s ok and usually shouldn’t slip out of my hands. That is one small improvement I think could be made. For shaving speed, I think it does a pretty good job. With the recommended circular motions, it can cut hair that is laying down on the face. As far as closeness, it takes a few shaves to get the cutting heads to break in for peak closeness. I think it’s pretty good for a rotary shaver. After shaving, I always clean my shaver to keep it from getting clogged and to keep it running optimally. I like that it’s easy to open with one hand. Just press the button near the shaving heads and it flips open. Then, I can drop the shaving debris into the trash can and then rinse and dry it. Overall, I like this shaver for its gentle and effective shaving compared to my previous one. I look forward to continuing to shave with this in the morning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This week was the first time that I ever tried the Philips - AquaTouch Wet and dry electric shaver. I have to say I'm quite impressed with his razor, I really love the fact that I can use it either in or out of the shower, it charges pretty quickly and lasts quite a long time Everything that I need comes in the box. The cut is smooth and doesn't tug. I would recommend is razor to anyone looking for a wet and dry razor.
