[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This shaver does not leave my face irritated and gives a really close shave. It is the best shave I have ever had! Thank you for all the engineering that we into making this product.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I previously owned a norelco razor for 30 years. After years of use, that shaver had a metal hinge break. I wanted another quality razor with metal construction and purchased the S9000. So far I am very happy with the shave that the razor provides and am equally happy with the cleaning system.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have been shaving for 55 years and primarily used rotary razors like Phillips Norelco. I also tried the high rated Braun razor. But this Phillips Norelco, S 9000 is by far and away the quietest, most gentle and closest shaving razor I have ever used.
This a beautifully designed product that cuts well

Best electric shaver I have ever used. Period.

I have always had trouble with electric shavers for my head. I've tried foil and rotary and I just never had good luck. They either nicked me or caused serious razor bump issues. So to be honest, I did not have high hopes. However, I decided to give it one last try with this model. Luckily, it surpassed my expectations. After shaving on and off over a couple of days, zero skin irritation and razor bumps.
I use this shaver for my head and face. I have curly hair on my face and head (that I shave bald). This didn't have a problem with either. Sometimes I have to finish with one little pass of an area with a blade, but it really isn't an issue for me.
