So far the product has been working the way it is supposed to work. The battery life seems to be adequate. I only have one reservation, it seems that this product is built never to be dropped. I dropped it once while in the case and broke the fall with my foot however when I opened up the case the head had come apart in pieces. I needed to reassemble all of the gears inside the head of the shaver and snap the relatively cheap plastic bottom piece of the head in correctly for everything to sit correctly. Quite frankly it was a miracle that I was able to figure it out. Once I did that, I believe that it is functioning the way it originally was supposed to function. I am disappointed that the quality of the head of the shaver cannot survive that type of fall. I do not believe that a product of this cost, that is used on a daily basis, possibly with wet and slippery hands, should break apart with a single drop.

[Employee of philipsglobal] I love that charging is as simple as placing it down on the Qi Pad. My shaving experience has been phenomenal since switching from a series 5 to this one. The only concern I have is the battery drops to about 80% after shaving.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the shave it produces but don't like the square heads, they have a tendency to get stuck on face especially around chin area. Also don't like that you have to detach blade housing to get it clean, seems that it may eventually fail with constant removing, also tricky putting it back in grooves.this 9000 has a larger head assembly which makes it harder to shave area above lip and under nose.
