[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried an expensive foil shaver for months. It did work with a lot of work to make it go against the direction of my beard to make a close shave. Then I tried your shaver and was amazed at how effortless it was to attain a close shave. I wish the trimmer was attached to the shaver head. But it does work well as a separate item. The ease and closeness of the shave with the Phillips is remarkable.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a pretty good shaver. I normally don't leave reviews, but I have had a hard time finding a good, long-lasting shaver at a reasonable price and this is the closest I have found, although I still think it's overpriced. I've used this shaver for several months now and have had a mostly positive overall experience. It did take a little getting used to the close shave, but that passes, and it's a positive for me and one of the main reasons why I purchased it. It doesn't tug hairs and is a consistently close, comfortable, fast, and clean shave. However, I still do occasionally get razor burn irritation around the corner of my mouth and upper and lower lip and that is annoying. I REALLY dislike the very slow wireless charging, and the super large wireless charging pad with a nondetachable cord that doesn't fit into the travel case. It's gimmicky and unnecessary, and bulky and inconvenient for no reason and provides no real benefit. The price could easily have been significantly less with a corded charger with faster charging like another prior premium Philips shaver I had (for which Philips stopped selling the shaver heads and that was really frustrating, but that's a separate issue), and this would be a solid 5-star product. Because of this issue, I almost considered a 3-star rating (since charging is central to the shaver's use) - but it does it's main job of shaving consistently well. I haven't used the attachment so I have no comment there, and I manually wash the shaver since I don't want to have to keep buying the cleaning solution so no comment there either.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I am currently in barber school and use this product daily on my customers. I have received nothing but rave reviews from my customers. Cuts as close as a straight razor, without all of the hassle!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a cliff chin and there was just no way that I could shave with this. I tried for 3 days and I gave up and went with a Braun series 9000+ and I love it. I returned the Norelco. It may work for you but it was just not for me.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Razor works really well overall. It gives a reasonably close shave and is comfortable, most of the time. I have it set at closest setting and have not noticed any real discomfort and this setting gives the closest shave overall. It is also very quiet, never noticed how noisy my old razor was until I got the S9000 Prestige. The only issue I have with this razor is the size of the head, it is too large and the area around the actual cutting heads makes it very difficult to get close in areas, especially upper lip under nose. Overall it is a very good razor, shaves close, gives comfortable shave and is very quiet. If the price does not bother you, I would highly recommend it.
