Nice Features

I installed this product a couple days ago, not hard to install. Setup would have been easer had I had known what I was doing. The problem I had was the sound went down for no reason. I called tech support and the problem was fixed in no time. Turner works great, I gave it a 4 star only because you have to have the remote inline with the remote sensor for it to work.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I just hooked it up to my TV and the picture and sound looks and sounds good!! I'm thankful to be able to watch TV again!!

I love it! This is the first unit I've bought that you can schedule using AM and PM instead of a 24 hour clock (I had 2 different brands before this one). Set up was fast and easy. The remote took a little while to get the hang of, but mostly because the buttons are in different places than my last ones.
I would recommend this to a friend!

After years of searching for a digital tv converter box I found this one and it does what I need it to do and more! Smart move to include the USB mp3 and video playback option

Basically the unit serves as digital tuner for VHF/UHF Digital TV tuner and a kind of converter for adapting older TV's computer monitors as well as all types of CRT devices into tv's...included is an HDMI output and comes pre<loaded with codecs to record hours of programming onto a mass storage device.m
The only drawback is a small, rather crowded looking and not-to-user-friendly remote control. Please develop one that is longer and is easier to see

It is poor in design

The product is slow. It has really bad user interface.
Why not list the channels as they appear rather than numerically?
The remote is really slow to react. The 7 day guide is really just 24 hours. False advertising?
The manuals don't match the model number on the back. There is no recording instructions. 'Book' for record? really? Who was in the focus group?
Who wrote the manual or do the design of the UI?
IT could be a great product with a better design of the UI and more robust program guide instructions. A better remote that reacts faster and has better range. 4 feet is not a good range.

Amazing little TV tuner!

I originally bought this so I could watch live TV on my projector, but I love this so much that I even use it on my regular TVs, because the DVR feature and channel guide on this box is amazing. You can also schedule recordings, and you can pause live TV. Mine came with a free 128 GB flash drive, but maybe only because I payed a little extra at the store I bought this from. 10/10 recommend!
