SHORT BATTERY LIFE

bought this watch in May from the fitbit store and the battery was great lasting almlst 6 days.. I had everything set to factory settings.
There was a recent update about a month ago that drastically reduced battery life to about almost 2 days. I have not changed anything on my watch since I bought it.
If you're looking for a watch that has a long battery life, this isnt for you. Also, to be honest if you're just looking for a watch to calculate steps, sleep ect you can make do with a much cheaper option.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A friend told me about the Versa 2 and decided to buy myself the 3 to get the phone option.
Happily bought it on special as well.

Pro:
- Can change the watch face, many options.
Some can be bought for 1$/2$ As well.
- Sleep support is very helpful and well detailed
- Widget like Alarm, weather and timer are very helpful
- Can sync with your calendar fo quick access
- Training help as pedometer, cardiac beat and achievements are great for motivation and support
- Watch itself very sturdy, bumped it few time and no scratch or breakages.
- Phonecall works very well and quality is good
- Battery indeed last long and need to be charged every 4/6days

- People might hear themselves talk when they on phone with you
- You have to sync ur watch with the phone app At least once a day for some information to show
- No instructions in the box
- Some apps are not available on the watch and could make it even more useful. You even have to buy some to make them available.
- You can access more information on your watch only if you subscribe to a plan.

A bit disappointing

One reason I chose the Versa 3 was the length of time between charging. Whoops. I didn’t read the small print. 6 days if one uses it only as a watch. Use any of the other features and the time between charging drops, Significantly if one uses GPS-one of the main reasons I got Versa 3, Over all still the best watch/tracker on the market. Just disappointing their boasted claims are not accurate.

Nice looking device, poor functionality

I did a fair bit of research before purchasing the Versa 3. I was looking for an upgrade to my old Samsung Gearfit 2. Sadly I was very disappointed.
Pro's:
- Nice sleek design
- Really nice included band
- lots of default features included (heart rate monitor, weather, relax app, etc.)

- "button" is not actually a button and is VERY hard to actually press
- Device requires a data connection to sync with your device (unsure why it wont work with Bluetooth)
- When tracking an activity nothing else on the watch is usable (can't check heart rate or messages or anything)
- Fitbit app is not very intuitive
- Auto tracking of activities is basically non existent, will only track a few minutes at a time, regardless of what you are doing
- There are many more but I'll leave it at this

I was very excited about this device and had heard great things about Fitbits.. I was extremely disappointed with this device and it's lack of functionality. Wish I could go back to my old Gearfit 2.
