Wanted to like it

I really wanted to like this Fitbit. I had the Versa lite and quit using it about a year ago because it wasn't syncing to my Galaxy S10. I purchased the Versa 3 hoping Fitbit would have the issue fixed. It just won't sync with the Fitbit app on my phone. I have tried all suggested fixes, I have unpaired the watch more time than I can count over the last 4 days, I have reset the watch to factory settings. After resetting the watch it will sync with the app, but then an hour later it won't and for this price I am not going through these steps 6 times a day just to sync the watch.
The "button" on the side of the watch is not an actual button, but a sensor of some sort. I have followed the directions and have been nothing but frustrated with this feature. I found it only worked about 30% of the time. Unfortunately, this watch is getting returned when Best Buy opens back up.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We bought 4 fitbit versa 3 watches.
2 for my daughter and husband who absolutely love them and 2 for my husband and I. Can't say enough about them. We find them to be very acurate.
Where them at night and really helps with our sleep patterns. And exercising and doing stairs very accurate. Highly recommend.. we connected to Android and iPhone. No problems.

Nice watch, no problems so far. Synced very easily to Strava. Very easy to use GPS works well. Recommend this device

If you enjoy the challenges don’t buy

I love the competitions and challenges, but since they changed the Active Minutes to Zone Minutes it’s completely ruined this device for me. How can you run 30 minutes and only earn 2 Active Minutes, but sit at your desk for 2 hours and get over 60 minutes active?? I just use my older Garmin now, it’s more accurate.

Worst Fitbit ever. Can’t even use it as a watch because every time I look at it, all it says is “set up wallet”. It’s 2 months old and battery doesn’t last a day. Watch band gives me a rash. Complete garbage.

I've had it for about 2 weeks now. It's really been great to track what I've been doing and get a sense of how much or little I do. I love that the battery lasts for multiple days and takes so little time to get fully charged.
