It's an ok watch with all the basic things you'd expect, but the Versa 3 will be three years old in September 2022. This is three months away from this review and they're still charging over $200 for it?! If you're in no sweat for a new watch, I'd wait for better value in the Pixel watch release later this year.

Battery life

I bought this Versa 3 Smartwatch after my Charge fitbit quit working, I had it for 31/2 years and was very satisfied with my old one. It worked great and only had to charge it every 6 days, I have to charge my new Versa 3 every night. Other than the battery having to be charged on a nightly basis it is a good fitbit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fitbit horrible

Bought 2 lof these for the wife and myself. Both won't charge just over the year warranty and Fitbit won't help us out. What a terrible company, never again

I am very happy with Best Buy.. kind, courteous, helpful, fast.
My versa 3 was faulty, but I contacted Fitbit and they sent me a brand new Versa 3 within 2 days.
So my overall experience with both companies was fantastic, fabulous!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Fitbit has become the pits

I've had a versa 3 for a little over a year now. The thing has never synced properly, its weather app doesn't connect, and notifications that should go to the watch just don't. It's a piece of crap. If you want a smartwatch that actually works, get something else.

Don't waste your money

Was happy with this device for basic tracking of workouts. But the Google assistant on it never worked. And the watch froze and stopped working after 1.5years. Which I've heard is the issue with most fitbits and I was just hoping I would be lucky.
Contacted fitbit to see what can be done. And they weren't helpful at all with fixing my device. Sent me a measly 35% off my next fitbit purchase. No thanks.
