Low water never disappears

We are trying to configure our product, but after unboxing everything we tried filling up the tank with water but the low water sign never got off. We tried to fix it by re filling it and by resetting the machine but nothing worked

Easy setup and great usability

The setup and options were very straight forward. Did not try the delay start as I can start a pot of coffee when I want it.

Amazing looking Coffee Expresso System

I haven't used it yet but I'm getting it set up to use. I can't wait. It looks great and can do just about everything. Milk frother, expresso maker, carafe, K Pods, and big water reservoir.
