I've only had the machine for 3 wks, but so far it is great. It's easy to use and having the Nespresso "capsules" for the espresso is much more convenient.

Got it for my birthday about a week ago. I've done Expresso and reg. coffee. I love how easy it is to use the station and it makes my coffee taste extra great. Can't wait to try the cappuccino.

So far so good. we have only made one coffee, a hot latte, with both steamed, and frothed milk. It was very good. I feel like the drink. Could’ve been a little bit hotter though.

I haven't got to use my product yet , I purchased it an unfortunately it had a thermostat issue. I contacted support, it was a little complicated but once i was able to get a "person" they helped with getting a replacement sent out, it did take a little while but its here an im excited to try it out. The product did get a bit delayed and the box was damaged ,they obviously cant control that. im hoping this one is tip top an i have no further issues with my 8 in one coffee station. So fingers crossed, I will update if there are any further issuers

I haven't really used it yet. The only problem is not being able to turn off the heating plate.
