Disappointed on the investment

I was thrilled with the multifunctional features of this machine, but unfortunately, one of them doesn’t work from the very first day. I had set my alarm to wake up to a hot cup of coffee in the morning, but the delay function is malfunctioning.

Warm setting issue

It’s constantly stating to clean it which we do.
When we set it to keep the coffee pot warm it pours tons of hot water into the coffee pot.

The Keurig insert did not sit properly and it leaked the first time using. I will make other attempts to try and figure out if it’s me doing that or if it’s the device.

Delay Brew problems.

Our chefman is great. Coffee is smooth and rich. Temperature options are nice. Really enjoy the variety of brewing options. BUT the machine will not consistently operate its delay brew function. Every Coffee pot MUST HAVE A QUALITY DELAY BREW. This machine seems to struggle.
