So far great time will tell . Less expensive model had lower reviews with issues . Hoping this is not the case with this model .

I like not having to do all the guesswork! This coffee/espresso maker takes all that guesswork out of the equation! Extra parts store conveniently in a compartment on the top. Easy to use. Easy to clean. Happy to get that cafe shop experience without having to leave my home! 10/10

The first one i got the tank leaked on it, but bought another and seems to be fine. There should be more in depth instructions.
