We love it but the delay start doesn't work and that is a critical feature for us.

It is amazing! I love how I can make a full pot of coffee and still do espresso, cappuccino, or latte. I have never made espresso before, but it was very easy instructions.

I Love the machine. so far only had it a week. It needs to be 1 inch wider and 1 inch taller for the larger cups to fit. then it would be perfect.

Okay so far. Need more milk options

So far the product seems to work okay but the milk frothing leaves much to be desired. It hardly dispensed anything even on the double setting. I wish there were more milk size options.

So easy, not that coffee makers are hard, but I like the larger water res and the preset #of cups to brew. Excellent coffee maker
