Disappointed in Coffee Temperature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this coffee maker about a month ago to replace an older model. Our only issue with the older version was the temperature of the coffee. When we first received this new model, we tested the water temp and it was 185 degrees. Today the freshly brewed temp is down to 174 degrees. We even keep the plate on (H). Once I put cream in my coffee I almost need to put it in the microwave to get it hot again. Very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Purchased approximately 2 months ago and so far, very pleased with the appliance. Good looking and seems well made. Brews a great pot of coffee and was pleasantly surprised to find it came with a permanent/washable filter. Really like the brewing options : "Bold" and "1-4 Cups".
